Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By registering for a Worldwide As One medical mission trip or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.

 

2. Trip Registration

  • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Seats are limited. Registration closes when a trip reaches capacity.

  • Submitting a registration does not guarantee placement, especially if the trip reaches capacity. 

 

3. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

  • Trip fees are listed in USD and are due in full at the time of registration.

  • By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

We want every participant to feel confident registering for a Worldwide As One trip. Here is our refund policy:

  • Full refund (minus admin fee): Cancellations made 30+ days before departure

  • No refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of departure

  • Full refund: If Worldwide As One cancels a trip for any reason

  • Travel insurance: Strongly recommended for all participants. We are not responsible for costs related to flight changes, visa issues, or personal emergencies.

5. Participant Responsibilities

 

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You hold a valid clinical license in your stated profession

  • You are in good physical and mental health sufficient to participate in a medical mission trip

  • You will comply with all local laws, organizational guidelines, and team leadership directions during the trip

  • You will conduct yourself in accordance with the standards of your profession at all times

 

6. Medical & Travel Risk

 

Medical mission trips involve travel to regions that may have different health, safety, and infrastructure conditions than your home country. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Worldwide As One is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in a trip.

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

Participation in Worldwide As One trips is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldwide As One, its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation.

8. Photography & Media

​

Worldwide As One may photograph or document trip activities for organizational use, including on our website and social media. By registering, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing prior to the trip.

 

9. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date noted.
