Our Trips

Every year, Worldwide As One organizes a small number of high-impact medical mission trips to underserved communities in Latin America and beyond. Seats are intentionally limited — so the team stays tight, the experience stays meaningful, and every clinician who joins can make a real difference.

What's Included in Every Trip

  • Full trip coordination and logistics support

  • In-country accommodations and meals

  • Ground transportation throughout the trip

  • Medical supplies and equipment for clinical work

  • Cultural immersion and team experiences

  • Physician leadership throughout the mission

Note: International airfare is not included. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to the departure city.

Who Can Join

We welcome all licensed clinical professionals, including physicians (MD/DO), residents and fellows, nurses and advanced practice providers, pharmacists, dentists, physical therapists, and other allied health professionals. No prior mission trip experience is required.

Each trip has a limited number of seats. Once a trip is full, registration closes automatically. We recommend registering early.

What to Expect

Our trips typically run 7–10 days and follow a structured daily rhythm: clinical work in the mornings and afternoons, with team meals, cultural experiences, and informal debriefs in the evenings. You will work alongside clinicians from different specialties and backgrounds — and leave with relationships that outlast the trip.

The clinical environment will be different from what you're used to. Resources are limited. Patient volumes are high. Creativity and adaptability are your best tools. Most participants describe it as the most meaningful clinical experience of their career.

spanish?

Do I need to speak Spanish? Not required. We work with local interpreters in every community we serve. That said, even a basic grasp of Spanish will enrich your experience and your patient interactions.

my role

What clinical roles are needed? Every trip has a different composition based on community needs. Primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, pharmacy, and dentistry are consistently in demand. Specialists are welcome and often play a key role in complex case consultations.

DESIGN

How do I know if a trip is right for me? If you're a licensed clinician who wants to serve, grow, and connect with a community of like-minded professionals — you're the right fit. Reach out to us if you have questions before registering.
